I am a musician and music lover, the son of a doctor and a nurse, and therefore have always been connected to the topic of health. In my childhood home, health was always considered something positive, something you could invest in every day.
I put this into practice for three years as a music therapist in a psychiatric hospital, while simultaneously learning the theoretical background in my training as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy. At that time, I encountered breathing as a miracle cure for regulating stress and energy, and so I trained to become a breath therapist and Buteyko coach.
The transition from secure employment to self-employment was tough and arduous. I had to radically rethink my beliefs about money and work and be very honest with myself. The most important skill that has brought me to where I am today, I learned during this time of crisis: recognizing my own potential and then realizing it!
My greatest passion lies in people and their unique abilities. Therefore, the focus of therapy is always on the progress and positive changes you experience. The foundation for this success is our relationship. Openness, honesty, and curiosity are essential for successful collaboration and fundamental values in therapy.
